Content here describes kitchen remodeling services offered by Dr. Handyman Service in Broward County. Descriptions, photos and timelines are examples of typical work and are not a quote for your project.

Estimates and scope

Estimates are free and are provided after we review the kitchen. Prices become binding only in a written scope signed by you and Dr. Handyman Service. Hidden conditions found during demolition may require a written change order.

Scheduling

Appointments requested through our Assistant are confirmed only when the central reception and dispatch system confirms them. A submitted request alone is not a confirmed appointment.

Trade work and permits

When electrical, plumbing or structural work is part of the scope, we review it with you and coordinate scheduling with the trades involved. If your city requires a permit or inspection for the work, we explain those steps before the project starts.
