Information we receive

When you open our Assistant, you may provide your name, phone number, email, service address and a description of the work you need. That information is submitted to our central Assistant and reception system so the office can respond and schedule service.

How it is used

We use it to answer questions, prepare estimates, schedule appointments, handle complaints and follow up on work performed. We do not sell your information.

Calls

Calls placed to (305) 360-0342 are handled by our office. Standard carrier rates apply and we may keep a record of the request so we can follow up.

Third parties

Trade partners working on your electrical, plumbing or structural scope receive only the details needed to complete your project.
